Nicole Fazzari

Senior Paralegal

De Palma & Associates is proud to have Nicole Fazzari as an esteemed member of our team. Nicole is a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, with a wealth of experience and dedication.

Nicole's Journey

• Graduated from the Police Foundations program at Northern College

• Served at the Town of Wasaga Beach Municipal Law Enforcement Agency

• Transitioned to a successful career as a retail manager

• Successfully completed the Paralegal Licensing Exam to earn her Paralegal License

Ciara McMillen

Paralegal

Ciara McMillen is an esteemed member of the De Palma & Associates team. Ciara is a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and has an unwavering passion for helping others with their legal needs.

Ciara's Journey

• Licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• Graduated from the University of Ottawa where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a major in psychology and a minor in law.

• Georgian College Paralegal program, graduated with Honours.

• Successfully completed the Paralegal Licensing Exam to earn her Paralegal License

Ciara operates primarily from our Orillia office as a Paralegal where she provides dedicated representation to our firm's clients.

Erinn Deremo

Paralegal

Erinn moved to Simcoe County from rural Ontario in 2020 and subsequently attended CTS Canadian Career College in 2021 where she obtained her Paralegal diploma.

Erinn then obtained her Paralegal licence in 2023 after working several years as a Law Clerk at a prestigious local law firm.

After obtaining her Paralegal licence Erinn spent three years running her own paralegal firm before making the transition to the team at De Palma & Associates. She takes great pride in her high standard of client care and attention. 

Chae McConnell

Legal Assistant

When a client first interacts with De Palma & Associates chances are they are speaking to Chae McConnell who is proudly our firm's receptionist and legal assistant. Chae’s organization, attention to detail, and background in legal education make her a great addition to our firm.

Chae's Journey

• Graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminology
• Georgian College Paralegal Program, with Honours
• Plans to write the P1 Licensing Exam in February of 2026 to earn her Paralegal License

Outside of work, Chae enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading a good book.
