United States Waivers & Criminal Pardons
If you have a criminal record in Canada that prevents you from entering the United States, De Palma & Associate Legal Services can assist you in completing the necessary paperwork (i.e. Form I-192) and obtaining a United States Entry Waiver to allow you to enter the United States.
While not all criminal charges in Canada will impact your ability to enter the United States, it is advisable to obtain a US Waiver if you have any form of a criminal record in Canada. Traveling to the United States with a criminal record has become increasingly difficult and travelers with a criminal record are often turned away regardless of the offence on their record.
Please keep in mind that a United States Entry Waiver is required even if you are only transiting through the United States on your way to another country.
If you have a criminal record in Canada and would like to apply for a Pardon, De Palma & Associate Legal Services can assist you with the necessary paperwork and application.
