Meet our Team
Christina De Palma
Christina De Palma – the owner of De Palma & Associates – is a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. She earned her Bachelors Degree with Honours in International Development from York University. She then spent a year abroad before deciding to return home and enroll in the Paralegal program at Humber College. During her time at Humber, Christina was selected to be a peer tutor for the Paralegal program allowing her the opportunity to assist other students in the program. After completing her studies and receiving her Paralegal diploma, Christina successfully completed the Law Society of Ontario’s Paralegal Licensing Exam and earned her Paralegal License. Life then took Christina to Wasaga Beach where she lives with her husband and her two dogs, Brio and Falco. After making Wasaga Beach her home, Christina decided to open De Palma & Associates Legal Services so she could provide legal representation to the residents of Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas. Recently, Christina has also had the honour of being selected as a guest speaker for several Continuing Professional Development courses presented by the Law Society of Ontario.
Nicole Fazzari
Nicole Fazzari is a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and De Palma & Associates is proud to have her as part of the team! Nicole graduated from the Police Foundations program at Northern College and went on to work for the Town of Wasaga Beach Municipal Law Enforcement Agency. Nicole later became a retail manager before attending college at CTS Canadian Career College where she graduated with Honours from the Paralegal Program. She then successfully completed the Paralegal Licensing Exam to earn her Paralegal License and joined the team at De Palma & Associates. Nicole resides in Barrie with her husband, 2 daughters, a dog and a cat! Nicole works mainly out of the firm's Orillia office.
CARLEY MCNAMARA
Carley is excited to be part of the De Palma team as a Junior Paralegal in our Orillia office. Carley graduated from the University of Guelph in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Criminal Justice and Public Policy with a minor in Philosophy. She continued her education by completing the Paralegal program at Georgian College with the firm's very own Christina De Palma as one of her professors. She is very proud of her growing role at De Palma & Associates Legal Services and looks forward to what her future with the firm has in store. When not at work, Carley enjoys spending time relaxing with her pets and going on hikes throughout the Muskoka area. She lives in Mactier with her boyfriend Boston and new puppy Ella.
KATJA AWENDER
Katja is proud to be part of the De Palma team as a Law Clerk in our Wasaga Beach and Collingwood offices. Katja obtained her paralegal education with Honours from Georgian College also with De Palma's very own Christina De Palma as one of her professors. Prior to her Paralegal education, Katja attended the University of Guelph where she graduated with an Honours Bachelors of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science. Katja is looking forward to supporting the firm's paralegals so that the firm can continue to provide excellent service to its clients. On a personal note, Katja resides with her family in her hometown of Creemore with her cat Margo.
AMY FRACALANZA 
Amy is the newest member of the De Palma Team and joins us as a Legal Assistant. After graduating from the Public Relations program at Durham College, she pursued a career in municipal government where she worked in Legislative Information Services for the Town of Ajax. Her work in local government sparked an interest in law, and in 2021 Amy enrolled in the Paralegal program at Georgian College with none other than Christina De Palma as one of her professors. After graduating with Honours from the Paralegal program, Amy went on to successfully complete the Paralegal Licensing Exam. Amy is excited about joining the incredible team at De Palma & Associates and looks forward to learning and growing within the firm. Amy lives in Innisfil with her husband, two daughters, her dog Annie and Steve the cat.
