De Palma & Associates Legal Services is proud to provide legal representation for matters within the scope of practice of a paralegal. We have two full time offices – one in Orillia - and a satellite office in Barrie. Our firm assists clients with matters throughout Simcoe County. 

We currently provide legal representation in the following areas:

All of our firm’s paralegals are licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Our firm offers free initial consultations to discuss your legal matter and there is no obligation to retain our services at this consultation.

Our fees are charged as a flat rate – we do not charge hourly fees. Our clients are presented with our fees before deciding to retain us so they know upfront what the cost of their case is going to be. 

At De Palma & Associates we have built a strong working relationship with other legal representatives so if we do not offer legal representation in an area of law that a client requires we are able to refer them to someone who specializes in that area.
